How to Interpret the Bible by Wayne Grudem
Theologian Wayne Grudem, research professor at Phoenix Seminary (and author of a great Systematic Theology), presents four talks on the topic of: How to Interpret the Bible.
Re-reading Chesterton
I finished a re-read of G.K. Chesterton's Orthodoxy last week. It was better than the first time I read it. It's definitely on my list to read again (a very short list). I said when I finished it, holding the book in my hand, "It doesn't give you any new information, you don't learn by reading it... but it is one of the very few books that makes you smarter when you read it."
What I'm reading now - Kingdom Triangle by J.P. Moreland
My copy of J.P. Moreland's Kingdom Triangle was at the house when I got home last night. It's been on my reading list for a while.... since it came out, I guess.
Calvin's Institutes to go
I put a copy of Calvin's Institutes on my n810 so that I can read it whenever I want. I never have been happy with digital reading sources because you can't easily make notes in the book, but I may start carrying a notebook (paper, with covers) again to keep my notes on when I start into the Institutes.
The copy I put on the n810 came from here.
